Quiet Tenacity is on a mission to help the world build cultural intelligence across communities, workplaces & governments.
Every business is a people business. Every person in a business carries their own cultural beliefs. These beliefs have the equal potential to become a source of inspiration or a source of conflict & misunderstanding.
The future requires us to be culturally humble, curious and intelligent.
Are you ready?
Although we have always lived in a diverse society, today we experience globalization as never before. Interactions across global cultures have become not only a common experience but a competitive advantage. Tomorrow demands us all to be cross-culturally intelligent. Pandemics, shifts in how we work, and global migration across nations—that will only increase due to economic & political situations—prove that.
We help employers to effectively interact, work, and develop meaningful relationships with people of various cultural backgrounds.
- Cultural competence for people leaders
- Culture-focused onboarding
- Effective conflict management when working across cultures
- Cross-cultural training for teams.
- Cross-cultural training for recruiters

My favourite quote:
"There is no such thing as a 'self-made' man. We are made up of thousands of others. Everyone who has ever done a kind deed for us or spoken one word of encouragement to us has entered into the make-up of our character and of our thoughts as well as our success."
- George Burton Adams
I am a training and development professional with 20+ years of experience in learning program design and delivery.
In 2010, I moved to Canada from Ukraine, confirmed my qualifications, and started to work at the Human Resources Professionals Association, the largest HR Association in Canada, and the regulatory body of the HR profession in Ontario.
After years of observing the struggles that Internationally Educated Professionals (IEPs) experience in their new country when trying to relaunch their careers and noticing how a lack of cultural awareness, humility, and curiosity affects individuals, teams, and companies, I have founded Quiet Tenacity, a consulting agency bridging the divide between culturally diverse employees and employers and helping them both build up their cultural competence.
